Jenevieve Chang (Australia)
Jenevieve Chang is a writer, performer and story developer. Her memoir The Good Girl of Chinatown was published by Penguin Random House in 2017. Her debut play Yong won a 2023 Sydney Theatre Award. She has been commissioned by the National Theatre of Parramatta to write From Darwin to Dixon St and is lead writer on the VR thriller Coltrane. Her screen development TV credits include House of Gods (2023), White Fever (2024), Austin (2024), and Academy Award feature film entries You Won't be Alone (2022) and Shayda (2023). A founding member of Chinatown, China's first Burlesque Club, Jenevieve is currently BA Discipline Lead for Screenwriting at AFTRS.
